We are actively seeking a talented Senior Application Developer for the Quadient Inspire platform to join our Correspondence technology team in the Consumer Markets Division. This role can be on-site in Newport Beach, Omaha NE, hybrid or 100% remote. How you will make an impact: Provides consultative expertise to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, and modify complex computer programs that automate specific business process. May be responsible for supporting and maintaining a critical system. Consults with clients to analyze and understand functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements. Frequently interacts with clients to trouble-shoot and clarify requirements. Provides technical leadership and expertise in analysis, design, development and documentation of software applications. Participates in strategic planning and advises on technology and development processes. May function as a lead on major development projects that have significant division-wide impact. May participate in training and/or oversight of more junior applications developers. Gather needs from customers and stakeholders and implement them into the project scope. Articulate and translate the product vision into features and tactics. Manage the project deliverables and schedule. The experience you will bring: Business / Domain Expertise Experience with any correspondence systems, such as OpenText Exstream, Documaker and Seagull. Knowledge of Annuity products, Life Insurance products, and financial services. Individual Skills Technical aptitude; experience working with technical/service delivery teams within an agile framework Ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of external and internal stakeholders; ability to interface with all levels of management Displays strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story Able to make hard and fast decisions on a daily basis Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders Is a strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress #LI-TB1 Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
