Requirements
- Must know how to use measuring equipment (micrometers, hand gauges, etc.).
- CMM Experience
- Must have CMM experience using Zeiss equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts per established quality plans and specifications.
- Utilize measurement equipment to ensure that precision machined components meet specifications on Camcraft blueprint documents.
- Assigns priority to inspection process.
- Inspects parts to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Work in conjunction with other Quality Team members and production departments to resolve quality problem.
- Communicate to appropriate Camcraft staff when non conformances are discovered.
- Enter nonconformant findings into computer data base.
- Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.
- Other duties as assigned.
