About The Position

Insect product for defects, ensuring quality before product is shipped.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous inspection/repair experience preferred
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull and bend over the course of 8 hours
• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

• Inspect furniture, placing on lift if necessary
• Check ticket for proper information and instructions
• Remove all loose strings, if applicable
• Use air hose to blow dust/fragments off of piece if necessary
• Clean soiled areas using proper cleaner to remove any marks
• Check for bad stitching or seams
• Check for too small or large welt on upholstered pieces
• Check for flaws or scars in material
• Check for proper cushion fit and proper fabric match on upholstered pieces
• Place deck labels and proper hang tag in each piece
• Assemble beds to assure proper alignment
