Licensed-Only Facilities Surveyor – Starting Market Rate Salary $60,431.88 As part of a collaborative team of public servants, a Licensed-Only Facilities Surveyor protects residents’ health and safety by conducting on-site inspections and investigations in Texas long-term care facilities (licensed-only nursing homes, assisted living facilities, day activities and health services (DAHS) sites, DAHS-ISS providers, prescribed pediatric extended care centers) to assess their compliance with state and federal laws and rules.
