About The Position

RK&K Construction Management Team is currently hiring an Inspector with water/wastewater construction experience in the King of Prussia and Philadelphia, PA areas. Essential Function As a construction inspector in RK&K's Construction/CEI division you will perform complex and routine inspections of construction to evaluate if appropriate materials and construction processes are being used; and that construction conforms to plans, specifications, and special provisions Review drawings to prepare for the inspection and understand the design of the construction that will be inspected Create daily reports, document the results of the inspection, and maintain organized, detailed, and up to date field files Administer and implement the quality assurance/quality control programs of the client and/or contract Conduct field measurements to establish quantities for pay item documentation as well as other contract administration documentation Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA). Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the construction, inspection, operation, or design of water/wastewater and Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills
Strong record keeping ability
Ability to use an electronic tablet, computer and Microsoft Office products
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass Criminal History Background Check (CHBC)
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends as required by the project

Responsibilities
