This position is responsible for evaluating the quality of the product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is responsible for screening carcasses and internal organs for pathogens, inflammation and other defects as they pass on the line. This position is responsible for communicating with the HIMP trimmer in order to make sure defects are not let pass down the line. This position must be able to identify any disease, pathogen, or processing error and be able to communicate with the trimmer. This position also removes any birds that need reworking and hangs them on the rework line. This position requires upper extremity repetitive motions. This position is for 2nd Shift (generally from 4:30PM to 2AM). All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal
