Job Details: 2nd Shift Inspector/ Sorter Labor- Eufaula Fresh Plant This location is no longer accepting rehires This position is responsible for evaluating the quality of the product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsible for monitoring machines as needed an notifying Supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns. Responsible for recognizing, removing, and discarding systemic diseased birds and or/viscera packages, removal of parts due to disease and contamination, removing birds from the line for reprocessing due to defects. Trimming disease and contamination from the product as necessary.
Requirements
- 100% use of hands, arms, feet and back
- Standing 100%
- Must be able to use scissors or knives
- Follow directions and act quickly
- Lifting up to 10LBS
- Reaching and pulling
- Must be able to use knife
Responsibilities
