Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • Coachable, eager to learn and apply feedback quickly.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to lift, kneel, and maneuver in various home environments.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home inspections at pre-scheduled appointments.
  • Assess current customers' residential properties for signs of rodent activity, termite infestations, and moisture-related damage.
  • Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and service options.
  • Perform thorough whole-home inspections to identify rodent activity or damage, termite infestations, and moisture-related damage.
  • Educate homeowners on findings and propose tailored solutions.
  • Accurately document inspection results and customer needs.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on company services, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
