Make boxes with appropriate labels attached. Utilize hands, packing forks, and/or other methods to transfer product to appropriate package Inspect products for conformance to specifications. Utilize gauges to check basic dimensions or other specifications. Notify operator or supervisor when quality problems are detected. Discard product not meeting specifications. Seal containers and place on skid utilizing the box lifter. Performs duties in accordance with all safety rules and use safe work methods. Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as needed. You will need to gain a working knowledge of our products and their quality requirements during your training period. Communicate with supervisors and peers while establishing and maintaining a constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Overtime required at times

Requirements

• Possess the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Manual dexterity required with the ability to use both hands for packing and be able to stand and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to relate well to others and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Being reliable, having good initiative, being committed, and being quality focused is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 1-2 years manufacturing experience but not required
