Purpose and Scope The Inspector Packer works as part of a collaborative production team to inspect and package finished goods according to customer specifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production flow. All work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Pay rate is $20.04 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd shift or 3rd shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently
- Proficiency in English for documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Inspect products to ensure they exceed customer quality standards
- Read and follow job order and packing specifications accurately
- Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to requirements
- Operate grinders and manage scrap removal as needed
- Change rolls of plastic material as required
- Communicate quality or equipment concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
