Detail-Oriented Inspector Packer for Day Shift
About The Position
We're searching for a Rock-Star Inspector Packer to join our high-energy team! As a crucial part of our production line, you'll be the starting point, ensuring our products are flawless before packaging. This job requires English proficiency to safely do your work, communicate with your team, and complete required documentation. We welcome and encourage multilingual candidates to apply. Work with our Day team and receive incredible benefits! The day shift operates on a 2-3-2 schedule, with employees working 12 hours per day. This is a standard day shift only (no rotation), with the same days off and same days worked every biweekly cycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent manufacturing/warehouse experience (bonus points for injection or blow molding!).
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner mindset.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to understand basic English
