Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for an Inspection Machine Operator on 3rd Shift based out of Nashua, New Hampshire. This position's primary function is operating inspection/finishing equipment to provide finished goods which meet all customer requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude & dexterity to perform basic repairs to the machinery.
  • Industrial Math skills.
  • Ability to learn basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read, write, keep neat, accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25-lbs.
  • Must be a United States Citizen with an ability to demonstrate suitability for a Position of Public Trust.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Previous chemical handling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and eliminate all rejectable material to meet customer requirements.
  • Thoroughly understand specifications for product construction, defect identification, and terminology.
  • Follow SOPs for material handling, material elimination, record keeping, shipment, security and safety.
  • Perform quality tests and report non-conformance issues.
  • Keep neat and accurate records.
  • Other duties to maximize efficient operations.
