You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location with an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet regulatory and company standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to identify defects and non-conformities, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
