Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• 0-4 years related experience required.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic molded parts for visual dimensional defects.
• Perform light to medium packaging and product handling functions.
• Complete documents required to release parts.
• Perform cleanup of equipment and facilities in the Injection Mold production areas.
• Attend to injection molding machine and subassembly equipment.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting not requiring a maintenance mechanic or process technician.
• Ensure compliance of product with quality requirements.
• Verify documentation/test reports and relevant documents of all tests conducted.
• File, compile, and document quality batch records.
• Update results and provide immediate feedback to production line and leadership on quality-related problems.
