About The Position

Determines the conformance of product to engineering drawings and specifications and determines the airworthiness of the articles on which maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations are being performed by using inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools. § Inspects incoming materials, manufactured &/or repaired parts and verifies conformance to manufacturer’s specifications and maintains the traceability of the parts &/or materials, § Ensures positive traceability by completing required documentation IAW internal procedures & work instructions, § Logs incoming parts and distributes to the appropriate departments as prescribed on TAS purchase orders, § Completes in-process inspections as required, § Conducts internal audits and associated documentation, § Performs other duties as assigned, Flight Path 1: § Completes dimensional inspections of manufactured & repaired product, § Completes inspection documentation required by contract or, internal procedures, including FAI OR Flight Path 2: § Performs Final Inspections and ensures that all return to service requirements is met before the unit is released to shipping per FAR 145.213, 145.155, 145.157 and Part 65 § Inspects incoming materials, manufactured &/or repaired parts and verifies conformance to manufacturer’s specifications and maintains the traceability of the parts &/or materials, § Ensures positive traceability by completing required documentation IAW internal procedures & work instructions, § Logs incoming parts and distributes to the appropriate departments as prescribed on TAS purchase orders, § Completes in-process inspections as required, § Conducts internal audits and associated documentation, § Performs other duties as assigned, Flight Path 1: § Completes dimensional inspections of manufactured & repaired product, § Completes inspection documentation required by contract or, internal procedures, including FAI OR Flight Path 2: § Performs Final Inspections and ensures that all return to service requirements is met before the unit is released to shipping per FAR 145.213, 145.155, 145.157 and Part 65
