About The Position

Segula Technologies is seeking a skilled aerospace airframe assembly inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications, as well as utilize shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments. The role requires a working knowledge of Quality Management System Policies and Procedures, as well as Company Policies, Procedures, and Specifications. The inspector will maintain certifications as required and follow inspection procedures to accept or reject processes, parts, and assemblies. This position involves verifying that tools are qualified and preparing and maintaining quality records. The inspector may also work across equivalent or lower-level job codes as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection.
  • Experience in aerospace assembly is required; experience in other industries will not be considered.
  • Ability to obtain all required training certifications and maintain certifications while on assignment.
  • Must be available to work any shift - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations.
  • Available for periods of heavy overtime.
  • Blueprint reading experience.
  • MS Office and SAP experience.
  • Experience writing NCRs (Tags).
