  • Engage in FEMA Emergency Response training and protocols.
  • Complete both field training and online technical training as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience or relevant education in construction and development.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations and interpret formulas.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills for report writing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Some construction work experience preferred for trades related to residential and/or commercial.
