About The Position

Will be responsible for providing 2nd Shift Supervisor support for Inspection personnel assigned to C-130 flight line and F22 Speedline. Must be able to work in an environment of multiple responsibilities and manage priorities in a highly visible role. Needs to work well within and leading teams and be able to complete individual assignments with minimal supervision. Must be able to work well with external customer DCMA.

Requirements

• Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated leadership experience or training including team/relationship building, facilitator, change management, and interpersonal skills
• Technical experience or training on complex military programs and products
• Experience with the application of industry quality system standards

Nice To Haves

• Quality Assurance Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
• Knowledge of My time, SFM, QADS, Apriso
• Prior leadership experience
