About You and this Role- Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Inspection Planner in Orange, TX. In this role, you will create job packages from the inspection scopes which contain all the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of inspections. You will collaborate with scheduling and coordinating resources to ensure compliance with inspection due dates. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent AND one of the following is required:
4 or more years of relevant experience in a Planning or Inspections role within a Chemical Manufacturing environment.
Dow will consider those with 3 or more years of relevant military experience.
Successful candidates must be able to work a10-hour schedule and work overtime as needed, including Holidays and Weekends.
Current, valid US driver's license.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

Plan all inspection orders to ensure compliance.
Collaborations with API Inspectors to fulfill scope requirements.
Manages planning backlog within an established KPI.
Requires full proficiency in NDE and Inspection Technology.
Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
