About The Position

The Inspection Attendant is responsible for making sure all garments are correctly moving through the process and are in good condition and an acceptable quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift
• Must be able to work scheduled shift Tuesday-Friday (5am-3:30pm) end times may vary
• Must be able to reach above head repeatedly
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must be capable of working at an efficient pace to meet production expectations
• Willingness to be reliable to your team
• Eagerness to put forth your best effort each day

Responsibilities

• Ensure hangers are properly connected to conveyor line and correct if not connected properly
• Prevent hangers from getting jammed; if jam occurs, correct the issue
• Regulate system speed to garment changes accordingly
• Audit garments along the process for any items in poor condition or needing repair; remove them from the line and flag accordingly
• Escalate ongoing and/or mechanical issues to supervisor
• Utilize the Spindle operating system
• Other production duties as assigned
