About The Position

HPC-Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors, in Dearborn, MI is looking for a Insite Technician to work at customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team! This team member perform custodial and industrial cleaning work in offices, industrial areas and other incidental tasks as assigned. The Insite Technician serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. Requirements

  • Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to take and follow direction.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Ensure work area maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
  • Clean all plant areas including but not limited to, the shop floor, docks, washrooms, offices, cubicles, meeting areas, cafeterias, locker rooms, outdoor areas and parking lots.
  • Restock washrooms, clean up spills and remove garbage.
  • May require use of power equipment to vacuum, sweep, polish, and transport, among others.
  • May include groundwork and/or minor snow removal.
  • Special cleaning projects as required by the customer.
