The Insights Sr. Manager, US Oncology generates actionable insights that help shape brand strategy and tactics based on a combination of primary research and secondary data across customer segments – HCP and Consumer. The Insights Sr. Apply market research and critical thinking to lead brand teams in decision-making and strategy. Keys to success in this position are superlative communication, consultative and influencing skills, and a strong knowledge of primary market research techniques and secondary data analysis. A candidate with a very strong analytics background will also be considered, if that person has at least some primary market research experience. This role reports to the Integrated Insights Senior Director for the Brand/Disease Franchise and sits within US Integrated Insights - Oncology Business Excellence organization, an inclusive team that partners with the US Oncology commercial organization to drive strategic decisions by providing objective, data-driven insight generation and analytics.
