CMSPI is at the forefront of transforming the payments industry, and as our next Insights Associate, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting journey. ‘Why our Insights & Advocacy Team?’ Our purpose-driven department works closely with merchants to create a fairer, more transparent, accessible, and secure payments ecosystem. Working within the Insights team, the Client Insights swim lane exists to ensure that CMSPI’s Fortune 500 client base has access to the latest developments in the payments industry, and to drive Research and Development across the business. As a member of our Insights team with a focus on Client Insights, you will be responsible for providing market-leading analysis of the global payments industry. You will have exposure to CMSPI’s unique data set, allowing you to identify macro- and microeconomic trends that affect retailers across the world. Day-to-day, you will be analyzing the impact of industry changes such as fee increases, drafting presentations and reports, and presenting insights to Fortune 500 retailers. Your role will have an impact right away, forming the basis of our work with the world’s largest businesses and driving product development for the business.
