DaVita Revenue Operations (ROPS) is updating its reporting environment and moving from legacy reports to a suite of Tableau dashboards that provide clearer, more reliable insights. These dashboards help business partners across the revenue cycle understand performance, identify issues, and support day-to-day and strategic decisions. As a Tableau Analyst, you will design and build these dashboards, work directly with business partners to understand what they need to run their areas, and dig into underlying data structures to make sure the analytics are correct and useful. The role relies heavily on strong Tableau development skills, the ability to tell a clear story with data, and comfort working with SQL and SSIS to understand how metrics are created and why they behave as they do. Having previously played an active role in technical analytics projects or workstreams is a significant plus. Prior exposure to healthcare analytics, coding, or administration/management is also highly valuable.
