Quantum Workplaceâs Insights Team is made up of subject matter experts in employee engagement, performance management, and employee listening strategies. The team of Insights Analysts work directly with customers, assisting with survey, performance, growth, and recognition program design, analyzing results, advising on recommended actions, and coaching to best practices. The Insights Analyst Intern will support the team by analyzing employee data, identifying key trends, and assisting in the creation of customer deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include refining presentations, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to scalable resources such as customer guides and templates. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis and workplace culture strategy within the HR tech industry.
