You will collaborate with the IT team to support various projects and initiatives across both classified and unclassified networks. Requirements

  • Active Top Secret government clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
  • Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
  • Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
  • Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
  • Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
  • Supports UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
  • Ensures all coverage gaps are resolved.
  • Helps the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
  • Supports all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
  • Supports training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
