About The Position
To help lead the response and analysis of insider threat incidents and alerts, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to protect the organization from internal risks. Enhance the insider threat program by creating and tuning alert content, integrating new data sources, identifying trends and gaps, and recommending technology and process solutions. Collaborate with various teams, such as physical security, legal, and HR, to conduct investigations and ensure compliance. Deliver insider threat reports, awareness, and training activities, and mentor junior analysts. Work independently and demonstrate strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
