The position involves communicating with internal and external customers regarding order and delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues. The role requires processing various types of sales orders, managing daily receiving, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the individual will make proactive sales calls, resolve order problems, and support the outside sales team. The position also includes running daily reports and meeting sales goals set by leadership. The individual will participate in team meetings and serve as a backup for the Customer Service Manager as needed.
