As an Insider Risk Detection Engineer, you will be part of the Insider Risk program within the Operations function. Your role will involve onboarding large datasets into data analysis platforms, creating ad-hoc methods for large-scale data analysis, building detections for Insider Risk use cases, and fostering collaboration across internal partners. This position requires a proactive approach to enhance detection capabilities and analysis workflows, providing analytical support to investigations teams, and maintaining systems for alert analysis and data integration. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and providing guidance to insider risk analysts engaged in monitoring and predictive modeling functions. TikTok promotes a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office three days a week, with flexibility based on departmental needs.
