The Inside Technical Sales Representative supports the Director of Sales by managing the technical and administrative aspects of the quoting and estimating process. This role is responsible for analyzing customer RFQs, preparing estimates, coordinating with internal departments to gather required technical and cost information, and issuing quotations that meet both customer requirements and company profitability goals. The Inside Technical Sales Representative works closely with Engineering, Programming, Manufacturing, Benching, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure all proposals are technically accurate, commercially sound, and aligned with M.C. Molds’ design standards and manufacturing capabilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer communication, ensuring RFQs are processed efficiently, and maintaining clear coordination between customers and internal departments throughout the quoting and order preparation process.
