About The Position
As a Senior Property Adjuster at USAA, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for military members and their families. This role requires strong virtual estimating skills and the ability to work in a high-volume call center environment. You will ensure compliance with state regulations while managing claims caseloads and collaborating with vendors and internal partners to facilitate claims resolution.
