The Inside Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Field Service Organization and Radiometer customers by managing service contract renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance for medical equipment in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. This position reports to the Manager, Service Contracts and is part of the Service Contracts and Coordination Team located in Brea, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive service contract renewals and proactively identify billable opportunities to support revenue growth while ensuring a positive customer experience. Utilize CRM/ERP systems to manage customer data, contracts, and work orders while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to secure purchase orders and maximize service revenue through efficient coordination.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience - OR - Bachelor’s Degree or Danaher experience in customer service, call center, coordination or sales environment preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM and ERP systems, and strong attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to work a set 8-hour shift anytime between 5am – 7pm
