What it's like to be a Inside Salesperson at Inside Salesperson As the Inside Salesperson at Valley View Granite, you will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, including builders, contractors, and loyal repeat clients. Your role involves managing all communications, quotes, and project coordination while ensuring proactive follow-up for a seamless customer experience. By building strong relationships, you’ll guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project expectations. You will prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards. Tracking leads and opportunities in our systems is essential to maintain an organized sales pipeline. You’ll coordinate with our Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and confirm job site readiness. Additionally, you will proactively resolve issues and maintain clear documentation for internal teams, all while delivering a high-quality experience that embodies our VVG brand standards. This role requires sitting for extended periods and performing routine office and showroom activities. Consistent attendance is vital for maintaining team cohesion and meeting project deadlines. You must also demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, showcasing strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
