We supply just about everything besides plumbing and electrical to build homes. Our focus is on serving professional home builders. Along with providing materials, we install a wide range of products including framing, overhead doors, insulation, gutters, siding, and more. We also manufacture some products including trusses, cabinets, doors, and granite countertops. Along with competitive compensation, we offer competitive benefits that would be expected including medical/Rx and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, disability & life insurance, etc. The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to those entering the store, ensuring that their visit to Franklin Building Supply is a positive and productive one. This role entails assisting customers, addressing their questions, and guiding them in finding the products they require. The Inside Sales Counter serves as the daily face of our company, actively engaging with and assisting customers. When customers call or walk through our doors, our Inside Sales staff warmly greet them and offer support. In this dynamic role, you'll encounter a diverse range of customers and experience the daily operations of a retail facility. Working at the inside sales counter provides exposure to nearly every aspect of the building industry. Successful employees in this role are prime candidates to advance into building materials sales. We are seeking individuals who are adept problem solvers, and capable of finding creative solutions to meet customer needs. A successful employee will leverage all available resources, provided that their actions are moral, ethical, and mutually beneficial to the customer, vendor, and our company. We foster a competitive yet team-oriented atmosphere, believing in the power of partnerships with our customers and vendors for mutual success.
