Requirements

Previous administrative, customer service, sales, and/or logistics experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook; Microsoft Business Central, a plus
Advanced level of verbal and written communication
Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving with the ability to manage time and deadlines with little supervision
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Perform desk work (sitting or standing) for up to 100% of workday
Repetitively use wrist, hand, and/or fingers

Nice To Haves

Degree in business or related field, preferred
Microsoft Business Central, a plus

Responsibilities

Manage relationships and respond to existing customer base via phone and email
Remained informed of the price list set by the Director of Sales
Create sales quotes and enter orders into Business Central
Manage open orders by working with scheduling and shipping; manage customer pick up appointments
Create and present daily reports to the Director of Sales and USDA; monitor performance metrics and stay informed of market trends and competitors
Assist Accounting with late invoices, as needed
Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance
Travel less than 10%, annually
