Please visit our website at fuillc.com to learn more! We are seeking to add an Inside Sales individual to our Corporate Office team in Redwood Falls, MN to support our Central Bi-Products division. Requirements

  • Degree in business or related field, preferred
  • Previous administrative, customer service, sales, and/or logistics experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook; Microsoft Business Central, a plus
  • Advanced level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving with the ability to manage time and deadlines with little supervision
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform desk work (sitting or standing) for up to 100% of workday
  • Repetitively use wrist, hand, and/or fingers

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Manage relationships and respond to existing customer base via phone and email
  • Remain informed of the price list set by the Director of Sales
  • Create sales quotes and enter orders into Business Central
  • Manage open orders by working with scheduling and shipping; manage customer pick up appointments
  • Create and present daily reports to the Director of Sales and USDA; monitor performance metrics and stay informed of market trends and competitors
  • Assist Accounting with late invoices, as needed
  • Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance
  • Travel less than 10%, annually
  • Situations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description. Employees may be requested to work additional hours and/or accommodate a heavier than normal workload.
