About The Position

Cisco Supply, LTD is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process orders efficiently, and support the daily operations of our masonry supply business. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed.

Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English; Spanish language ability is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
Capable of lifting and handling products weighing 30+ pounds.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of masonry and construction materials (mortar, block, stone, steel, etc.).
Experience working in a supply yard or similar environment.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order placement via phone, email, and in-person.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on masonry products, including mortar, block, stone, steel, and other construction materials.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software for order entry, reporting, and documentation.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in daily operations.
Occasionally assist with lifting and moving products weighing 30+ pounds.
