About The Position

This role is for an Inside Sales professional, specifically a B2B Lead Generator and Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, skilled at engaging decision-makers, and thrive in a high-energy environment focused on outbound outreach and booking appointments. A proven background in B2B lead generation or appointment setting is essential.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
  • Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
  • Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
  • Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach
  • Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
  • Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
