Position will take incoming calls from pet owners - no cold calls! Competitive pay including hourly, commission, bonuses... Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt professional manner.
- The ability to speak on the phone while entering information into our system is important.
- Utilizing the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success.
- Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided.
- Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with customer service & add ons.
- Other duties assigned.
