In the SiteBox Inside Sales role you will manage inbound orders, leads, and customer inquiries while proactively generating new business through outbound calls. You’ll prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring all activity is accurately tracked in the CRM system. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling questions related to pricing, invoices, service, and deliveries. This position supports territory growth by partnering closely with the Regional Account Manager and collaborating with Accounting, Dispatch, and Service teams. While this role does not supervise others, it plays a critical part in delivering excellent customer service and driving business results, primarily within the Houston market with occasional support in other regions.
