  • Call warm leads daily — unsold repair and replacement estimates are your goldmine
  • Close the deal over the phone with confidence, empathy, and urgency
  • Build trust by overcoming objections and offering flexible financing options
  • Be the go-to resource for our techs and outside sales reps — help get the sale across the finish line
  • Follow up like a pro: phone, text, email — whatever it takes to reconnect
  • Make happy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Track all activity in Service Titan CRM and keep your follow-ups organized
  • Be ready to make 65+ calls per day — we’re not shy about working the phone!
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Prior inside sales or call center sales experience (agency recruitment, car sales, or B2B a plus)
  • Comfortable making dozens of calls per day — and bouncing back from rejection
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financing plans — and the ability to clearly present options
  • Familiar with CRMs
