Power Systems West has sold and serviced small engines and generators throughout the Western United States since 1955 through five locations and a network of more than 500 dealers. Power Systems West locations include Portland, Oregon, Boise, Idaho, Seattle, Washington, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver Colorado. All locations offer 24/7 emergency service for power failures and unplanned outages. This position will be responsible for sales and support of Industrial, Residential and power generation product lines, accessories, and other related products. This position will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including; administrative duties, CRM management, preparation of proposals assistance, application assistance and project management. While working on the Inside Sales team, providing excellent customer service is an extremely important and crucial task. Responsibilities include processing sales in the Priority from beginning to end, working to invoice both new and current customers, managing the ordering and receiving of necessary equipment and accessories, and providing necessary information to customers, whether it be spec sheets, product data, and any other required types of data. The Inside Sales member will work closely with the Outside Sales team to provide any needed sales support, act as a backup when needed for calls, create and maintain project files, complete credit requests and shipping notifications, and complete periodic reviews of open document reports and Accounts Receivable aging reports. The role also involves processing orders and quotations via phone or email, assisting in proposals, forecasting, and other assigned reporting, and maintaining and updating sales and customer records as changes may be needed in the CRM. The Inside Sales member will work as a liaison with the logistics department to ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner, troubleshoot and solve any issues with changes in time of delivery on orders, and communicate important feedback from customers, both internally and externally. Ensuring that all target sales are met and reporting any possible deviations is also a key responsibility.
