Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in agronomy, horticulture, or pest control.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor for BWI sales reps and customers—answering product, availability, and usage questions.
  • Field incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through our offerings.
  • Share details about our product lines, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit options.
  • Help keep our showroom sharp, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Enter phone orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Call existing and potential customers to promote exciting new products and seasonal promotions.
  • Partner with outside sales reps to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Support local walk-in customers with product knowledge and order support.
  • Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude.
  • Assisting with the receipt of incoming inventory (forklift certification preferred)
  • Assist with organizing outgoing customer orders
  • During peak selling periods, assisting with local deliveries
