We are Canteen.Job Summary:We are seeking a disciplined and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team by managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline. This role requires strong organization, consistent follow-through, and a proactive approach to engaging potential customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and operate a customized CRM system; general technical proficiency preferred.
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
• Prior experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage daily leads received through the CRM from the outside sales team.
• Contact potential customers by phone and email to schedule sales appointments.
• Conduct 30–60 outgoing calls per day to new leads and follow-ups.
• Support the closing process through consistent follow-up calls and emails.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately, ensuring all customer data is current.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and internal team members to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
