About The Position

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Support person to work collaboratively with our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin. The role involves working with the customer service manager and leaders to ensure proper customer service is being delivered, communicating and coordinating with internal departments, and partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations. The Inside Sales Support person will provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns, assist customers with questions and concerns while providing accurate answers and responses, inform potential/existing customers about products and services, handle returns or complaints while recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, and provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Additionally, the role includes processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures, and providing pricing and delivery information.

Requirements

  • 6 months' prior customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of window products, window quoting systems, and AS400 is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High regard for accuracy
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
