An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Assisting with sales campaigns and promotions.
- Communicating with internal sales team and outside sales representatives.
- Handling administrative duties for the sales team.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing and organizing sales-related documents.
- Partnering with other departments on large projects such as tradeshows and customer presentations.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
