Inside Sales Support - Parsippany, NJ

This is an office based, sales support role within Tilcon NY Inc.'s Commercial Department. The role is tasked with supporting the growth and maintenance of Tilcon's customer base by updating customer records, pricing, and various Tilcon systems. The primary functions of this role are to support the sales process (quote - payment) by maintaining accurate pricing and sales order records for all company systems and making sure that all processes and procedures are followed. This role will work with both the internal and external sales teams and will at times help perform the functions of inside sales.
