About The Position

The Insides Sales Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the Inside Sales and Front Desk team members. The Insides Sales Supervisor assists and develops direct reports to ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly goals are achieved. The Supervisor has direct responsibility for onboarding, training, developing, disciplining, and rewarding all department employees. The Supervisor resolves customer service issues and may perform the duties of an Insides Sales Representative as necessary, including, but not limited to, processing customer orders and generating quotes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years prior supervision and employee management experience required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Previous window sales and/or Insides Sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees the performance of the Insides Sales Department to ensure objectives like customer satisfaction & order-entry accuracy are consistently met or exceeded.
• Creates and executes performance objectives.
• Conducts quarterly employee performance reviews.
• Interviews, hires, recognizes & disciplines employees as needed.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of the job.
• Reviews all necessary data & reports in order to plan work activities, schedule appropriate personnel and distribute the workload.
• Provides quality customer order support for Milgard customer base.
• Processes, reviews and requests system generated acknowledgements and orders.
• Communicates professionally with Milgard customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
• Supports the order process by working extensively with other departments individually and in regularly scheduled meetings.
• This position frequently works cross-functional and cross-location teams for Milgard initiatives.
