About The Position

The Inside Sales Supervisor at HP Inc. is responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring effective sales strategies are implemented to achieve revenue and expense objectives. This role involves providing direction and expertise to the team, participating in cross-department initiatives, and acting as a point of escalation for sales support issues. The supervisor will also play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing team members while overseeing their performance and career development.

Requirements

• University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Directly related experience as a supervisor for inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for contacting customers via telephone for selling products, services, and supplies.
• Achieves unit revenue and expense objectives within the assigned area.
• Manages a team of 10 to 15 individual contributors.
• May supervise and develop first level Inside Sales Supervisors.
• Assists in recruiting, training, and development of Inside Sales Representatives and first level supervisors.
• Plans Inside Sales strategies and drives outbound marketing campaigns as needed.
• Serves as an escalation point for sales support issue resolution.
• Responsible for employee career development, compensation, performance goals, monitoring and coaching, training, and new hire development.
