Inside Sales Supervisor

As the Inside Sales Supervisor for our Larson brand, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the Inside Sales Representatives to succeed in supporting the key Wholesale and Retail Business Unit initiatives and outside sales team for the US & Canada. The Inside Sales Supervisor will create a positive team environment ensuring the satisfaction of our internal & external customers. The Inside Sales Supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership of the Inside Sales team, including measuring & monitoring the metrics of the team, while also performing the duties of the Inside Sales Representative.
